  STAY AWAY 3 O 'clock and the office manager has already left for the day! Staff is rude. Lola is very rude and confrontational. She has no hesitation in talking down to you. Biggest problem with this place is its a FEE FOR SERVICE. and they do not tell you that when you schedule your new patient appointment. Basically you pay cash is if you don't have insurance and they submit the claim for you. and you wait for your refund in the mail. One appointment for X-rays and consult, then had to return for a new patient cleaning. Both preventative care and you still have to pay up front because they are Fee FOR Service. basically they brake up the exams to get more money out of you. instead of giving you you more services in one visit. Look up fee for service and educate yourself before you go. and be ready to have cash upfront and wait for your insurance to send you a check. and Do not ask the staff difficult questions because they forget they do this for a living. and the customer does not so if you do not get the concept right away. you'll get a ton of attitude. This place is a joke. They need to explain themselves since fee for service is not common practice anymore. not since the 1920's. and patients should be notified and explained things to RESPECTFULLY even if they don't get it at first. We pay premiums to go to the doctor and not have to pay anything other then a co-pay and 0 dollars on preventative care. Not to give them our cash and wait for a refund just so they can break up your care and make you come back multiple times for something you could knock out in one or two visits.
